1: A soft and Hard reset
A Soft-reset - the process of resetting all the settings of the phone to the factory default! No applications are deleted! A Hard-reset is like formatting a drive! It does format the memory. Everything that has been installed after the first use of the phone is deleted! It will recover the memory of the phone to the state you purchased it! It is done by inputing the following code: *#7370#
NOTE: The battery must be full or the charger has to be connected to the phone so that it does not run out of power and make the phone unusable.
2: BlueJacking
First up, you need to know what Bluetooth is. There are lots of types of modern devices that incorporate Bluetooth as one of their many features. PDAs, mobile phones and laptops are a few of these modern devices. Bluetooth means that Bluetooth enabled devices can send things like phonebook/address book contacts, pictures & notes to other Bluetooth enabled devices wirelessly over a range of about 10 metres. So, we've got past the boring part. Now, using a phone with Bluetooth, you can create a phonebook contact and write a message, eg. 'Hello, you've been bluejacked', in the 'Name' field. Then you can search for other phones with Bluetooth and send that phonebook contact to them. On their phone, a message will popup saying "'Hello, you've been bluejacked' has just been received by Bluetooth" or something along those lines. For most 'victims' they will have no idea as to how the message appeared on their phone.
3: You can select all files in a folder by selecting THE folder and copy it then paste it somewhere. however u need to make a new directory. fexplorer wun let u copy that folder together. well seleQ can mark files to copy but it really takes time!
4: Add a personal ringing tone to a contact:
Menu > Contacts > "select a contact card" > Options > Open > Options > Ringing tone > "choose a ringing tone".
5: Delete all messages from your Inbox at once:
Menu > Messaging > Inbox > Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all > Options > Delete.
6: Send or hide your caller ID: Go to: Menu > Tools > Settings > Call > Send My
Caller ID > 'Yes', 'No' or 'Set By Network' to follow the default settings of your home network.
7: Record the sound of a phone call using the (sound) Recorder.
Menu > Extra's > Recorder > Options > Record sound clip.
Note: short beeps are audible during call registration.
But there is a 60 second limitation so if you want unlimited sound recording get this app: Extended Recorder.
8: You can customize both soft keys located below the screen (in standby mode):
Menu > Tools > Settings > Phone > Standby mode > Left/Right selection key > "select an application".

Put your phone in "Flight mode" with Psiloc System Tools. Install System Tools, open it and select "Flight mode". This way you can restart the phone without your SIM card so there will be no running phone tasks in the background. Now you can have up to 3,5 MB of free RAM!
Note: ironically enough, Flight mode doesn't work when Smart Launcher is installed, at least in my case.
But i've also heard several reports of people who have both apps running without any problems.
Method 2: Smart Launcher trick:
Install Smart Launcher and open it. Go to Options, Settings and put Launcher ON.
Now plug in your charger and switch off your phone. Wait untill the battery meter appears and short press the Menu button (don't hold).
The menu should appear and now you can have 3,5 to 4,5 MB free RAM! (Hold Menu button to check RAM).
The trick is that with the charger plugged in, the phone must get a minimum software support for charging, even when
the phone is switched off. And somehow Smart Launcher has still got it's shortcut running and that's the Menu button. So when
you press the Menu button, you go directly to the Menu without any other phone tasks running in the background so
you trick the phone and you have more free RAM!
Note: when you unplug the charger, the phone will switch off.
Method 3: Menu :
Close your menu not by selecting the right selection key "exit", or pressing the menu key another time, they only hide the menu app but do not close it, to close it select the left selection key "option" and scroll down and select "exit"
So when you open an app needs more ram reopen menu and close it, it's useful when play low bit rate video in realplayer paradis.

This trick is personally tested by on Nokia 2730 and this will work with some more nokia models, so if you forget ur security code r some one press wrong security code many time so ur cell in being locked and now it dozn't accept any security code neither correct one just follow these step and reset ur security code:

* Turn on phone while pressing those keys

THE REBOOT TRICK
This should work on all software versions of the 6110.
1. Go to the Calendar (Menu-8)
2. Make a note or reminder.
3. Enter some text into the edit box.
4. Hold "Clear" until the whole text is cleared, then press "Back".
5. Press "0". The main screen will now be showing but a space appears on the screen. (you can't see it)
6. Enter 4 digits (e.g. 1234).
7. Use the down arrow to move the cursor to the left side of the numbers and the space (Down arrow twice).
8. Now enter 6 digits and press the call button.
Wait for a few seconds, the screen should start to flash and reboots. It should also work on other menus like the "Profiles" menu.

Step 1.6) Now after your TRK application is installed on your phone, it will look like this:
When you will open the application, it may give show you message like:
"Status: Not Connected
Failed to open port.
Error Code: -21"
This is because, we have not yet configured the application to connect via USB cable (we will not use Bluetooth as method).
Now select options and then settings, it will look like this:
Select the following options, like in this picture:
Then goto options again, and select Connect:
It should now look like this:
Keep Metro TRK Running in background. Exit via the Menu Key.
Congratulations, step one complete!
Step 2:

Step 2.1: Make sure to Connect your mobile to your PC via USB cable, befre proceeding to next step.
Step 2.2: Now, go back to your PC and open the folder where all the files of SECMAN are extracted. Run Secman.exe. You will get a screen like this: (Pic Included)
Click Next. On the Next Screen, just check the option "Find MetroTRK Port Automatically" and click Next. Something like this. (Pic Included)
(Make sure that TRK application is still running on your mobile, otherwise it will not install.)
After some time, it will start installing the SecMan application to your phone. You will get something like this: (Pic Included)
After install, you should have Secman on your mobile phone.
Step 3: (Important Step)

Now Secman should be on your phone like this:
Open SecMan,go to Options and select "Turn Plat Security OFF". Like this. (Pic Included)
Important:You will need to turn "Turn Plat Security ON" if you before installing any N-Gage game, else it will not work.
Then, go to Options again and select "Install ROOT Certificate". Like this. (Pic Included)
Thats it! You have done it.!
Now you can install, any games, softwares released by BINPDA.
(Now here is an optional Step also, if you want to also install other Unsigned applications other than BinPDA than you will have to do follow this step also...)
Step 4: (Optional, Only Required if Signing Non-BinPDA releases or older BinPDA releases)

Note: This step is only to be done, incase you are trying to Sign NON-BINPDA releases or for any older BinPDA release. New Applications by BINPDA do not require this step to be done.

Step 4:(Optional, Only Required if Signing Non-BinPDA releases or older BinPDA releases)
Put any Unsigned File in the same folder which we have created in Step 1. I have selected LandScape Pro application.
Open ROOTSiGN.EXE from the same folder, select the SIS File and click "Root Sign the file".
Vista Users Only (Not For XP users): Rightclick on SignRoot icon and select "Run As Administrator..." to run this app else if you run this application in simple way (double click) than it will not Sign the application. Here is screenshot:
Browse and load the application which you want to sign.
After its done, you will have 2 files in the folder. One Unsigned and One RootSigned. Like this:
Install the Rootsigned file. You will see it installs just like a signed SIS file. Heres how I installed LandscapePro Beta Unsigned.
Important: After you have installed the files, go to SecMan and go to Options > Turn Plat. Securities ON.
Its not a good idea to keep platform securities off always. They are there for a reason. Like, to install N-gage Games you will need to turn, Turn Plat. Securities ON else it may create issues.
Yay!!!! You have done it! Enjoy any application freely on your S60v3 device.

Your aim is to Install, any Mobile Application (incl. N-Gage Games on supported handsets only) on your Nokia Series 60v3 Device, and here is ONE TIME solution to install all softwares/games on your devices.
Follow these detailed guided steps to run applications on your S60v3 devices:
Step 1:
[align=center]Install the TRK application on your phone![/align]

Step 1.2) There are two versions of TRK application, known as Pre-FP1for which the filename is "s60_3_0_app_trk_2_8_6.sis" which can be found in the application folder inside "Secman_Binpda" folder.
Other version is for FP1 devices, for which TRK file you need to install is "s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_6.sis".
Step 1.4) Here is the list of devices, so you may choose to install the appropriate version:
