1. What is the new price plan?
Shohoj is the default price plan under GP's prepaid package plan. However, the subscriber can migrate to Aapon or Bondhu. The new Djuice will come as separate package; however, the subscribers of 4 price plans can migrate to each other.
Existing Smile and Djuice connection will remain as is i.e. they will continue to enjoying current tariff plans unless they migrate to any other new tariff plans.

3. What would be the new startup price & freebies for GP Prepaid and Djuice connection?
SIM price of GP Prepaid and Djuice would be Tk 299. Subscriber will get Tk 20 as preloaded bonus amount with 30 days validity while activating their new connection. In addition subscriber will also get a total bonus of Tk 180 in 3 equal installments if they recharge Minimum Tk 100 in total within each bonus period.

4. What would be the tariff of existing Smile or Djuice subscriber?
Existing Smile and Djucie subscriber tariff will be as is, but they can also migrate to new price plan i.e. Shohoj, Aapon, Bondhu and Djuice (as per migration matrix available below) if they want.
5. What would happen about the ongoing campaign offer to newly migrated subscriber?
Newly migrated subscriber will not be allowed to enjoy any campaign offer which he was enjoying before migration. But if the campaign offer is also applicable to the newly migrated price plan then he will continue to enjoy the offer. Any unused bonus amount, free minute, unused VAS will be carried forward after migration.
6. What would happen for the FnF number after migration?
After every migration all previous F&F number will be removed from subscriber account. Subscriber will be notified through SMS after migration about the deletion of F&F number. After this SMS notification subscriber have to activate again his desired F&F number (On-net only) again, if applicable.

7. What would happen about unused VAS or Subscription fee.
Any unused VAS for which subscriber already been paid for will be carry forward after migration to new price plan. For example: One subscriber activates EDGE P3 and enjoyed the offer for 20 days. If this subscriber Migrate to any new price plan (as per above mentioned matrix) he will enjoy the rest 10 days of EDGE P3 which he has already paid for. Same logic will be applicable for any other VAS or subscription fee.
8. What would happen about the remaining account balance and account validity after migration?
Subscriber account balance and validity will remain as is (.i.e. will be carry forward) after migration.
9. What would be the tariff of other VAS and feature?
All other VAS tariff and feature will remain as is, outside the mentioned tariff plan.
10. What would be the price plan for reconnection or system churn subscriber?
System churn or reconnection (Number which are disconnected when their service period (i.e. 180 days after account validity period) is over) subscriber will be activated under the default tariff plan i.e. Shohoj. But in case of SIM change subscriber will be activated under his current price plan.
11. What would be the reply text when any subscriber send Migraton request to 4444 port?
Below are the reply SMS text and case:

12. Who are eligible for new start up offer (freebies)?
All new GP Prepaid and Djuice subscribers who will activate their connection on or after 15th March, 2010.
13. What would be the validity of bonus amount?
Bonus amount will have 7 days validity and be usable for on net calls except 49paisa/min call cases.
14. How could subscriber check the validity of bonus amount?
Subscriber can check the validity of bonus amount by dialing *566*8# for shohoj, aapon, Bondhu and *566*9# for Djuice.
15. If any subscriber miss 1st or 2nd bonus amount will he be eligible for next bonus amount?
Yes if any subscriber miss 1st or 2nd bonus amount he will be eligible for next bonus amount if he recharges minimum recharge amount.
16. What will be the price plan Migration process?
When subscriber purchase new prepaid connection they will activated under Shohoj or Djuice price plan. After activation they can migrate to Shohoj, Aapon, Bondhu or Djuice price plan. To migrate subscriber needs to write valid key word and send SMS to 4444 or just dial *111*44#. Following is the list of valid keyword for migration and Migration process:

17. Can any newly activated subscribe migrate to existing Smile & Djuice tariff plan?
No, Existing Smile & Djuice subscribers can migrate to new price plan but no one will be allowed to migrate from new price plan to existing Smile & Existing Djuice. Following is the details migration Matrix:
18. What would be the frequency of migration?
The frequency of migration will be once in a month, i.e. will have 30 days validity. If any subscriber migrates from one price plan to another he will not be allowed to make another migration again within next 30 days.
19. What would be migration fee?
As an introductory offer, 1st 30 days (Mar 15- Apr. 13) GP will allow free migration as per the above matrix. After the introductory period, BDT 10+ Port charge (VAT charge applicable) will be applicable as a regular migration fee.
