You can receive news in three ways:

1. Click to Read
2. Dial To listen
3. See it Hear it

Under each option, you will find six categories of news to choose from:

Breaking News Headlines National International Entertainment Today's Events

giving you top stories from around the globes national and international news that makes headlines the country’s top news important news from around the world the breaking stories from the world of entertainments an update of current events happening around the city

You can also get news & updates on any particular issue of your choice. But first you need to search out the ‘specific” short code for the sport you are interested in. Use the “Search Codes” menu to find out this code

1. Gives you list of codes for ten most popular news items
2. Allows you to search for codes by alphabetical categories.
3. Allows you to search for codes by keywords.

Let’s say you want to find out news updates on IRAQ. Here’s how:

• Step 1: Go into the Airtel menu
• Step 2: Select “Info-zone”
• Step 3: Click on “NEWS”
• Step 4: Select “Search Codes”
• Step 5: Select “Keyword search” and type in IRAQ (or your desired artist’s name)

You will soon receive a SMS with the specific short code.
You then need to go back to the “On Demand” menu and enter this code. You will shortly receive the update on your desired issue over SMS
